Okey, my comrades in arms, here is the deal. In order to make things easier for you and so I have a clear idea on what is an spontaneous conversation and what is an actual request for action, Aya and I decided to put a box labelled CR in the class room (next to the water cooler) where you can place your comments, complaints or whatever. Every two weeks we will look at it and discuss with you and if agreed take the matter to the necessary authorities. Thanks for the cooperation.

Next week I plan on talking to Dr. Pohl regarding some issues you have been separately telling me about. So next week I will let you know what they are and I can get some feedback from you. If you have other things you want to discuss, let me or Aya know. I guess we can take 15 mins from our lunch break maybe on tuesday. Thanks.

My dear comrades in arms,

I would just like to let you know of some formal conventions that, in my opinion, should be respected regarding "problems", "differences", feedback or any matter related to the interaction between us students and WTI. Aya and me were elected to act as intermediaries, as channels to be used to pass these issues from the students into the WTI's attention. I would ask you to respect that and try to use this channel as an efficient way to get our voices heard. Needless to say, that you are perfectly entitled to talk to whomever about any matter, but I would ask you to please, in order to respect the wishes of the majority, issues related to lectures, exams, learning conditions, etc., (essentialy everthing related to the MILE program in a broad sense) should me centralized on Aya or me. The idea is that we can get some consensus to ideas and opinions before making our case to WTI. That would only makes us stronger as a group. If every new idea, concept, problem, etc., that appears in a student's head is directly passed on to WTI, the whole idea of the CR falls apart. As I told you before in a previous newsletter, I would do many things for you based on friendship, but the specific area of relation between WTI and us, should follow the formal channel. Otherwise only chaos and mayhem will arise, and we all know what comes after that...
