Dear collegues,

I would like to draw your attention to a simple issue that has been on my mind for a certain time now. At the beginning I thought I shouldn’t say anything about it. But everyday I am reminded of the degradation of our environment, which is making it very hard for me to hold my silence!!

So, in light of the UN Climate Change Conference that is now convening in Nairobi, I ask you please to make a small difference by bringing your own mug or cup to class for coffee/tea and water. You may argue that the plastic cups we are massively using everyday will be recycled anyway or that the dishwashing soap is even more harmful to the environment or even that we ignore the labor conditions prevailing in countries that produce the mugs or glass cups or.. or.. or...
